Draw a graph of your weight

WatchMyWeight is a windows program that you can use to track your daily weight, or your weekly weight or your weight every second - if you so wish. You enter your weight, and the graph slowly builds up day by day. A trend line is shown to let you know how your weight is changing over the long term. This is a fantastic way to loose weight as the motivation is renewed every day to keep that trend line in a downwards direction.
